From the comfortable California temperature to Colorado snow is an adjustment for anyone. For Liz Andersen’s one-and-a-half-year-old Golden Retriever captain, sharing with his best friend, a plush tiger, is an exciting new experience. Toys are what Andersen said the captain has always been obsessed with.
“He has a white tiger that belongs to our daughter, and he claims it is his own,” Andersen said Dodo“Of course, he ruined it, but my daughter has this orange tiger, and he has been stealing it-so it’s his now.”
She continued: “He took it anywhere! When he was excited, he always picked it up and twisted his little ass,” Andersen said. “It’s his best friend.”

Due to the high temperature, the captain never snowed before moving to Denver.
“He kind of just looked around, of course, try to eat a little,” Andersen said. “But he just watched. He was so fascinated.”
