Corinna Kopf criticized the OnlyFans platform will soon ban pornography.
The platform is an online content sharing site that is popular with sex workers and other content creators, but the company announced this week that it will ban pornography on the platform in October.
This move was condemned by many users of the platform-the platform has 130 million users-who said their livelihoods will be hit.
On OnlyFans, many creators post nude videos and photos and charge monthly fees to subscribers. Although other types of content can be shared, the site is known for its adult content.
Youku anchor Kopf joined OnlyFans to a big fanfare in June But now content creators and Internet celebrities have expressed her disappointment with the planned changes to the platform.
“The problem with OF is that the only person affected is SW [sex workers], And they are not only affected, but also directly attacked. You can still post nudity, but you cannot post pornographic content. Although I will not be ashamed of OF because of the direction they are heading,” the 25-year-old wrote on Twitter. [sic]

“Without the labor of sex workers, OnlyFans would accomplish nothing. Their labor has built it into a major platform. Now it puts them aside and removes them from a group of workers who are overly marginalized and not protected by US labor laws. It deprives an important source of income,” Twitter writer Kim Kelly.
Another added: “I’m not a businessman, but it seems unwise for OnlyFans to ban pornography, just like Grindr bans gay men.”
Writer Roxane Gay (Roxane Gay) described the move as “ridiculous.”
She wrote on Twitter: “I don’t understand what only fans think people will see on their apps after banning sex work. Tumblr banned pornography and killed the site. Payment processors tried to stipulate that morality is ……ridiculous.”
