David Beckham celebrated his 22nd anniversary of marriage with his wife Victoria Beckham on Instagram on Sunday and shared some sweet retro photos of the couple.
The 46-year-old former football player married the singer on July 4, 1999 and celebrated the milestone through a series of retro photos, both wearing similar costumes.
“22 years later, still matching clothes,” he wrote in the post. “Happy anniversary, love (you) you very much, thank you for giving me our amazing child, so we can all wear the same clothes.”
In the first photo clicked at the wedding reception, the couple Put on Purple clothes. David wears a purple suit, while Victoria wears a purple strapless dress with red and purple wreaths on her shoulders.

The couple began dating in 1997 and married in Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland two years later. On March 4, 1999, four months before the wedding, they welcomed their eldest son, Brooklyn.
