Everything Bagel Delicious Granola – Feed Me Phoebe


This delicious granola recipe uses four types of seeds for a fiber-rich, low-sugar breakfast that will remind you of your favorite bagel! This is also a great gluten-free snack.

While I like to think of myself as an innovator, along the way, big food started to gain traction, which is why even Nature Valley has a delicious granola bar! This Bagel Savory Granola has a similar flavor profile but contains healthier seeds and protein.

Since oats are higher in carbs, I offset them with equal amounts of quinoa or millet and plenty of seeds: hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds.Variation of Seed Cookies carnivore recipes There are hemp seeds, cumin seeds, and chia seeds!

How to make delicious granola:

In addition to poppy and sesame seeds, the mixture also contains the necessary onion and garlic powder to bring out all the seasoning of the bagel.

If you're low on FODMAPs, don't worry, there's a variation in the book that makes this seed cookie granola using cumin and coriander seeds instead of scallions, and chia and hemp seeds instead of sesame seeds and poppies. Feel free to mix and match these seeds in any combination to suit whatever you have on hand.

While this is a delicious granola, it's not completely sugar-free. How to enjoy this delicious granola

This delicious granola is great as a snack, but if you want it to be part of a balanced nutrition gluten free breakfast, I like to use it as a crumble on scrambled or fried eggs. Instead of sweetened yogurt, fruit, and granola, my savory recipe is paired with plain yogurt, avocado slices, and a fried egg. Garnish this whole thing with granola and any herbs you have!

  • 1 cup gluten free oatmeal

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea ​​salt

  • 1 spoon maple syrup or honey

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with baking paper.

  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir together rolled oats, quinoa or millet, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, chili powder, and sea salt until well combined. Add egg whites and olive oil and stir until oats and seeds are evenly coated.

  • Place the granola evenly and compactly on the prepared pan, pressing the granola down with the back of a spoon so it resembles a large cookie. Bake in the oven until oat mixture is lightly browned and firm, 20 to 30 minutes. If you smell something burning, immediately remove the pan from the oven and turn down the heat.

  • Let the granola cool completely on the pan. Break into large chunks and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, or even longer in the refrigerator.

Seed Cracker Granola Variation (Low FODMAP): Use chia seeds for poppy seeds and hemp seeds for sesame seeds; sub 2 teaspoons coriander seeds and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds for onions and garlic powder.
