  • thread a needle

  • down dog
  • Dynamic Lunge to Half Split
  • side bend kneeling lunge
  • Chaturanga sequence to belly
  • prone spinal twist

Sequence 3:

  • down dog
  • Kneeling lunge with raised back heels
  • Chaturanga sequence to belly
  • half bow
  • child pose
