HAVELSAN is one of the leading technology companies in the Turkish defense industry and will showcase the most impressive technologies in the International Defense Industry Fair IDEF’21.
Within the scope of the swarm algorithm, the digital force developed by HAVELSAN will be exhibited for the first time at IDEF’21, where unmanned autonomous air and ground vehicles can perform joint operations. The main elements of Digital Troops, namely armed autonomous unmanned ground vehicle BARKAN, unmanned autonomous aerial vehicle BAHA and micro reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle system M6 will be introduced to the participants at IDEF’21 Exhibition Center, Hall 12, HAVELSAN Booth 1201.
HAVELSAN will also demonstrate its capabilities in the field of naval command, control and combat management systems at IDEF’21.
HAVELSAN will announce the airborne early warning and control system “KARTAL” to the public for the first time on IDEF’21, and will introduce IDEF’21 participants to the Peace Eagle project in which it plays an important role.
One of HAVELSAN’s most important roles in IDEF’21 will be to provide this international fair through contactless and digital communications based on the pandemic.
HAVELSAN is the digital communication sponsor of IDEF’21 and will provide all participants with the opportunity to meet free of charge with customers who cannot participate in the exhibition through the digital communication center set up by HAVELSAN Diyalog in the exhibition area.
In addition, HAVELSAN will also provide users with a secure data storage and sharing platform “HAVELSAN Drive”. By scanning the QR code, users will be able to access all the promotional materials uploaded to the HAVELSAN Drive Platform by participating companies of IDEF’21. The non-contact exhibition experience brought by HAVELSAN will also be a very important result for the future concept of digital exhibitions.
The chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) information system developed by HAVELSAN will be positioned in certain areas of the exhibition venue for the first time on IDEF’21, and will detect CBRN threats and dangers. As a company that adopts a holistic approach to safety and security, HAVELSAN plays an important role in meeting the safety and security expectations of IDEF visitors through its advanced technology.
HAVELSAN has developed many technologies for surface and underwater platforms, and plans to show a futuristic work to the public at IDEF’21. In this context, the concept design of the Submarine Operations Center (SCOC) prepared using 3D modeling will be launched for the first time on IDEF’21.
HAVELSAN will also sign many new agreements during IDEF’21 to expand cooperation. Thanks to these agreements, HAVELSAN will not only take the first step towards new technologies and new markets, but will also strengthen its influence in existing markets.
Another agenda within IDEF is the group organized by the company. In this case, HAVELSAN’s most important agenda will be the future military: the Digital Force Group. The group will be chaired by Celal Sami Tüfekci, Vice President of the Defense Industry (SSB) and Chairman of the Board of HAVELSAN, and will begin in the IDEF group area at 11:00 on Thursday, August 19, 2021.
