Ingredients and Substitutes

This section explains how to choose the best ingredients for a healthy yogurt fruit dip, the role of each ingredient in the recipe, and substitution options. See recipe card below for measurements.

  • ChocZero White Chocolate Hazelnut Spread – Some healthy fruit dips actually contain sugar, but not this one! This spread is sweetened with only natural monk fruit, making it very delicious without any sugar.
  • cream cheese – Full-fat cream cheese tastes best, but any variety will do – just make sure it’s softened to room temperature for easy mixing, otherwise the dip will have clumps.
  • greek yogurt -Adds a subtle flavor that helps balance out the sweetness (plus protein!) of this keto cream cheese fruit dip. Choose a plain unsweetened variety, as yogurt flavors often include added sugar.
  • vanilla extract – A teaspoon of vanilla extract is optional but adds another layer of flavor.
