Ingredients and Substitutes
This section explains how to choose the best ingredients for a healthy yogurt fruit dip, the role of each ingredient in the recipe, and substitution options. See recipe card below for measurements.
- ChocZero White Chocolate Hazelnut Spread – Some healthy fruit dips actually contain sugar, but not this one! This spread is sweetened with only natural monk fruit, making it very delicious without any sugar.
- cream cheese – Full-fat cream cheese tastes best, but any variety will do – just make sure it’s softened to room temperature for easy mixing, otherwise the dip will have clumps.
- greek yogurt -Adds a subtle flavor that helps balance out the sweetness (plus protein!) of this keto cream cheese fruit dip. Choose a plain unsweetened variety, as yogurt flavors often include added sugar.
- vanilla extract – A teaspoon of vanilla extract is optional but adds another layer of flavor.

How to Make Tomato Sauce
This section explains how to make a fruit dip healthy with step-by-step photos and details on the technique. See the recipe card below for full instructions.
- make a base. Using an electric mixer, pour the softened cream cheese and ChocZero into a large mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.
- Add yogurt. Beat the yogurt into the cream cheese mixture, a few spoonfuls at a time.

- Finish. Add vanilla (if using) and stir again.
- plate. Add a healthy cream cheese fruit dip to a bowl, then top with blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or your favorite healthy and keto fruit.

Storage Instructions
Leftover dip will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days, or as long as your yogurt is at its best by the date.
