How I adapt my macros + meal hacking

I like to eat macro based throughout the day. I’ve found that it helps me ensure that I’m getting enough of each major macronutrient on a daily basis and that my metabolism is constantly working for me instead of against me. Flatbread: Everyone loves pizza, but what sets these flatbreads apart is the crust is made from vegetables! ! ! ! They were absolutely delicious, and honestly, you couldn’t even tell it was a vegetable because they were so flavorful and crispy. I like to add a little cheese and shredded chicken for a protein boost to these meals.my favorite is Sweet Potato + Kale Flatbread or Portobello + Pesto.
