This year, a powerful immune-enhancing tonic is used to break the “morbid cycle” of the holiday. This video shows you how to make cider.
How to make fire cider
I make this cider (called the “Four Thieves Tonic” in some circles) every year at the beginning of the holidays. It takes about a month to set up, and when the winter is ready, my immune system can use a good nudge.
Although I don’t like spicy things very much, I really like this one.
There are many versions Fire cider Circulate there. Some are used only for external use—for example, on the skin to fight off bacteria—while others are made from essential oils. Since making essential oils is a path I don’t want to continue now, I prefer this recipe and it is ingested.

What do you think?
Do you have a favorite cider recipe? Did you use any ingredients that I have omitted to mention here? I would love to hear from them in the comments below… If you make cider to enjoy this winter, please let me know!
