Break the holiday “sickness cycle” this year with Fire Apple Cider Vinegar, a powerful immune-boosting supplement. This video shows you how to do it!
How to Make Fire Vinegar
Every year around the holidays, I make this Fire Apple Cider Vinegar (also known simply as “Fire Cider”, or in some circles, “Four Thieves Tonic”). Since it takes about a month to set, it’s ready by the time my immune system can use it in the winter.
Although I’m not a big fan of spicy things, I really like the flavor of this traditional fire cider recipe.
You’ll find many versions of fire cider circulating there. Some exist only for external use. For example, you apply some to your skin to ward off bacteria.
Others are made from essential oils. Since making essential oils is the way I don’t want to go right now, I prefer this recipe, it’s ingested.
