Time for another post of likes and likes, and the first of the year! Likes and Loves is a monthly roundup of all the things big and small we’ve been admiring lately.

There are so many chilly mornings in January and I love them! Everything looked beautiful and we felt fresh on our early morning walks. Even Bruce is wearing his coat!

Joben loves to color and finds it calms him down when his senses are overloaded. This makes me so happy because I remember the joy coloring brought me as a kid! To this day I still love to color and often sit at a table with the children and color with them. It’s good downtime and it gets the boys off those screens, even if it’s just for a little while!

Besides reading a good book, another way I like to unwind and unwind after a busy day is by playing on my Nintendo Switch. We’re all big gamers in the house, so you’ll often find one of us completely lost in the game!
I have a few favorites right now and Disney’s Valley of Dreams is one of them. This is a very cute game where you have to complete many small tasks to help your Disney friends out of trouble.
The gameplay actually reminds me of Animal Crossing, so that’s probably why I like it so much. That, and the fact that the graphics are beautiful, make it a really comfortable game.
