About the plot:

In this episode of the Agency Spark Podcast, Sara interviewed Alison Hulsof. After working in the private equity field for two years, Alison founded Obok Consulting in 2020. She is responsible for preparing companies for purchase and helping them complete the acquisition process. Before gaining PE experience, she founded and developed Behavioral Nursing Specialist (BCS) in 2006. After growing BCS from a single customer to 14 locations and more than 100 employees, she successfully exited the business with 8-digit sales in 2018. In 2016, she was awarded the South Dakota Female Company of the Year Award. She has appeared at the Autism Investor Summit and the CASP conference.
