Many storylines before the NFL Week 2 preseason

The play of the rookie quarterback is the story of the first week of the NFL preseason, and it should continue to do so in the second week. It is expected that the playing time of Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson, Tre Lance, Justin Fields and Mike Jones will be extended as the regular season approaches.

Fields was the most impressive first-round quarterback debut, completing 14 of his 20 passes for 142 yards and touchdowns. In the 20-13 defeat of the Miami Dolphins, the Chicago Bears rookie also added 33 yards of rushing and scoring. On Saturday afternoon, Fields and the Bears played against the Buffalo Bills in a nationally televised game.

Jones and the New England Patriots visited Philadelphia on Thursday night to start the second week of the preseason. Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars played against the New Orleans Saints in “Monday Night Football”, thus ending the schedule.

All five first-round rookie quarterbacks will play on national television in Week 2 of the preseason. The second week of the game that is not aired on national television can be watched by subscription NFL Game Pass. Viewers can use NFL Game Pass to watch live preseason games and replays.

In the 16-week 1 pre-season, only 3 games exceeded the total bet amount. There is no match in Week 2 with high/low odds exceeding 40.5.

The Denver Broncos led all teams with 33 points in their preseason debut, as Drew Rock threw 151 yards and two touchdowns. Neither the Atlanta Falcons nor the Minnesota Vikings failed to touchdown.
