Marmite and Cheese Puff Pastry Swirl


Marmite, you either love it or you hate it! I have never liked Marmite before! But I’ve tried it in different foods over the years and now I’ve transformed.
If you love Marmite, you’ll love these delicious Marmite and Cheese Muffin Swirls. My kids love making these and then eating them too!
I hope you like them as much as we do.

raw material

  • 10 g Marmite
  • 375g rolled puff pastry
  • 100g cheddar cheese

method

  • Preheat oven to 220ºc. Spread your pastry on a tray or cutting board to use the base when adding toppings.
  • Spread a layer of Marmite over the pastry, then sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Roll the pastry lengthwise.
  • Cut the roll into 1.5cm-2cm slices.
  • Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and place the slices on top.
  • Cook for 15 minutes and enjoy!
