Marquis is one of Pacquiao’s favorite opponents

Manny Pacquiao recently revealed who his favorite opponent is, and it’s easy to understand why.

Forbes’ Andy Frye had an email conversation with the Philippine superstar, which inevitably turned to boxing.

Fry Ask Pacquiao who he likes to face face to face, His answer went as expected.

“Me and [Marco Antonio] Varela, [Erik] Morale and [Juan Manuel] Max is one of my favorite games because we can provide fans with the type of game,” Pacquiao said via email.

“Fans always like two players who dare to face off against each other, and those duels are the most memorable. I won some, I lost some, but I am honored to share the ring with so many great fighters.”

When Pacquiao faced Barrera in 2003 and ended his boxing career with a technical knockout in the 11th round, his boxing career was on the rise-this was the only time in the Mexican career that he lost due to a suspension.

Barrera lost to Pacquiao again in 2007 by a unanimous decision, pushing Pacquiao to participate in his next game: Marquez.

The first meeting between Marquis and Pacquiao in 2004 was a controversial match. Although Pacquiao knocked down Marquis three times in the first round, it ended in a tie.

Max countered his way of coming back and frustrated Pacquiao, which is a sign that their legendary competition is coming.

Their legend will be put on hold to support the spectacle of the three wars between Pacquiao and Morales.

For any boxing fan, this is an easy fight, and presumably Pacquiao himself is the same, because it is an all-out war, two people throw bombs at each other and often beat each other.

Pacquiao suffered a right eye injury due to an accidental head collision in the first game. He lost the first game by a unanimous decision, but he will insist on his victory against Morales in the next two games. Domination and knocked him down in both matches-in the 10th and third rounds respectively.

Then came the career-defining war with Max, as they saw them bleed and beaten in the second game of 2008, Pacquiao struggled in a split decision victory, and Marquez’s camp called for a third Fights.

They will not meet again in the ring until 2011, when the controversial majority decided to support Pacquiao, which will give birth to the fourth and decisive battle between these two superstars, although Pacquiao shoots more.

With one second left in the sixth round, Max used “Long Live Mary” to knock down Pacquiao cleanly, and he will find proof of Pacquiao to end the chapter of their career.

Pacquiao’s career is currently in a state of uncertainty because he is considering retirement or running for the president of the Philippines after he unanimously decided to lose to Yodenis Ugas on August 21 last year.
