The two were arrested in Texas for drawing guns to a McDonald’s restaurant manager in a dispute over salt on French fries.
Davion Guillory, 23, and Treykia Cohen, 25, were charged with a serious attack using lethal weapons after an incident occurred in a McDonald’s restaurant in the 128th block of E. Richey Road in Harris County on July 4th.
Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said in a statement that in response to reports of serious attacks, McDonald’s police officers were sent to the scene.
An investigation found that Guillory and Cohen had a dispute with the restaurant manager over the salt on the French fries.
Surveillance video showed that during the verbal argument, the two were still showing the gun to the manager while driving.
The two then drove away, but the representatives found the car and detained them. A gun was also found in the car.
Police Constable Mark Herman said that further investigation revealed that Cohen had been sentenced to probation for serious robbery with a lethal weapon at the time of the incident.
“Davion Guillory and Treykia Cohen were arrested and imprisoned in Harris County Jail, charged with a serious attack with lethal weapons. They each received a deposit of $10,000.00 from the 178th and 180th District Courts,” Herman added.
McDonald’s has been contacted for comments.

In June, 42-year-old Robert Golwitzer Jr. was arrested on suspicion of threatening to blow up a branch in Ankeny, Iowa, because they did not give him Dip sauce to match his chicken nuggets.
After Golwitzer called the restaurant on June 26 and issued a bomb threat, he was arrested on suspicion of falsely reporting an explosion or incendiary device.
In the same month, a woman was arrested on suspicion of assaulting two McDonald’s employees because they refused to give her a A smoothie composed of three different flavors.
On June 14, Brian Allen posted online footage of Cherysse Helena Cleveland’s physical conflict with two female employees.
Cleveland was seen behind the counter trying to make his own smoothie, then slammed the manager on the head and told her “get the fuck out, bastard.”
When another staff member said she was going to call the police, Cleveland said: “Go, I won’t give you ***,” and added “I’m going to *** jail.”
Cleveland was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors.
