After we have eaten the garbage of the Christmas boy, I am happy to plan the meal again. I have added up the pounds! I don’t make New Year’s resolutions, but one of my goals this year is to become healthier, reduce snacks and stop blaming extra tires on having children! My youngest is 7 years old, so I don’t wash it anymore!
Having said that, this is our first meal plan in 2022.
on Monday –
Wrap potatoes with tuna and sweet corn.
Tuesday –
Slimming world friendly keema curry pie. Have been looking forward to this.
Wednesday –
Oven Roast Meatballs. A delicious low-fat meal.
Thursday –
Slow Cooker Beef Stew. I like the convenience of a slow cooker dinner because I can do other jobs.
Friday –
Spiced Beef Fried Rice. This is one of our favorite dinners. It tastes so good!
Saturday –
Slow cooker chicken tikka masala.
Sunday –
Roast beef dinner with vegetables.
