we are doing well Last week’s meal plan. Everyone enjoyed the meal with little fuss so I’ll take it.

This is our menu for the week ahead.
on Monday –
Chicken and Leek Bake. Really love this, it’s so easy to make. I used Schwartz’s recipe mix for this, so it’s nice and handy for a quick Monday meal.
Tuesday –
kema pie. A great dinner today. We all love keema pies, they’re great if you’re watching your calories because they’re friendly to the weight loss world.
Wednesday –
Craig is off today, so we’re all going out to dinner.
Thursday –
Coconut and pumpkin dhansak. We haven’t had this situation before, so I really hope everything goes well.
Friday –
Crispy Pesto ChickenYou can whip it up in no time, so it’s ideal if you don’t want to stand in the kitchen for a long time after a busy day. It tastes so good too!
Saturday –
Pepperoni Pizza with Salad. The kids really love this.
Sunday –
hearty chopped vegetables. I got this recipe from my lovely friend Kim. This is a hearty and super tasty dinner, perfect for a Sunday afternoon.
