Time to make another meal plan! I’ve been on a full meal replacement program for the past few weeks after the Cambridge one-on-one weight program. I’m doing great so far and have lost 11 lbs. Having said that, after losing a lot of weight, I decided to go back to traditional calorie counting and make healthier choices for the foreseeable future.
I was so sick last week that I was rushed to the hospital so I wouldn’t risk putting my body into shock with a very low calorie diet.
Do this now slowly and steadily.
That’s it for this week’s meal plan.
on Monday
Homemade cheeseburgers using lean ground meat. Serve with salad.
Tuesday
The jacket is trimmed with tuna and sweet corn. Kids might choose their cheese beans, we’ll see.
Wednesday
Weight Loss World-Friendly Cheesy Broccoli Bake. Sounds boring, but it’s so good!
You can find more delicious and easy-to-prepare family-friendly dinners on our website recipe page and our Meal Planning Section.
Thursday
Slimming World – Friendly Cheesy Potato and Ham Bake. Haven’t tried this before, but the cheese and potato combo is always a hit. Um!
Friday
spaghetti. Easy Friday Dinner!
Saturday
Slow Cooker Chicken Curry. We’ll be eating this without the usual cheesy scones.
Sunday
Roast chicken dinner with vegetables and roasted potatoes.
What are your plans this week?
