Here’s the plan for this week.
on Monday
Crispy Pesto Chicken Recipe. A very easy recipe that tastes great! It’s also surprisingly low in calories.
Tuesday
Cheesy Broccoli Roast. One of our meatless meals of the week.
Wednesday
One-Pot Cheesy Sausage and Pea Risotto. (Gusto cookbook).

Thursday
falafel. Another one of our favorite meatless meals of the week.
Friday
Walnut and Cheddar Pesto Chicken with Bulgur. (Gusto cookbook). Really looking forward to this.
Saturday
Katsu Curry. Can’t beat homemade curry on weekends. It will most likely be served with some mini garlic and cheese scones.
Sunday
Beef Ragu Pasta Bake. A great Sunday lunch with very little prep work!
