Meal Plan Ideas Week 60

We had a great time in North Wales but now it’s back to work and back to working on our weekly meal plan.
I have to admit, it’s great to not have to plan dinner in advance and be able to eat out most of the time. But, having said that, the fridge freezer is stocked and we’re back on track.
So without further ado, here’s the meal plan for this week!

on Monday

hearty chopped vegetables. I like this. If you’re looking for something really warm and hearty, you’ll love it too! It’s a versatile dinner because you can add a variety of vegetables to it, perfect for running out of food in the fridge.

Tuesday

We all love mac and cheese at home, and this mac and cheese with sweet corn and peas is perfect for giving kids extra veggies.

Wednesday

Butternut Squash Sweet Corn Soup. This is another favorite of mine. I will most likely make a batch and freeze for a week.

Thursday

Sausage and mozzarella gnocchi baked. I haven’t tried pasta until recently, but we all absolutely love it and it’s perfect for comfortably baking on a cold day.

Friday

Sausage, eggs and chips. An easy, no-brainer dinner on Friday.

Saturday

It’s taco time! I love the Old El Paso Mexican Stand ‘N’ Stuff Extra Mild Super Tasty Soft Taco Kit. Just add minced meat and salad and you’re good to go!

Sunday

Roast chicken dinner with vegetables and mashed potatoes.
