Meta, Adobe’s partner for free training programs for small businesses

Facebook’s parent company Meta partnered with Adobe to create Express Your Brand, a free online training program designed to help small business owners grow online. This one-year program combines skills training with inspiration and community building.

More than half of small business owners say improving their social media skills will have a meaningful impact on their business as long as they have the time and resources.

As stated in the company announcement, Meta and Adobe aim to achieve this goal:

“There is no doubt that social media is an essential marketing tool for small businesses today. According to a recent Adobe survey, we found that 59% of small business owners (SBOs) said that improving their social media skills would be a The most impactful thing they can do for their business.1 But with limited time, resources and technology, this can be a daunting task for entrepreneurs…

Empowering people to create and communicate has always been at the heart of Adobe’s mission to change the world through digital experiences, and Adobe Express empowers everyone to do great things quickly, independent of skill level. “

Launched on May 17, the program will focus on a variety of digital marketing topics, including building a brand, driving Instagram engagement, and developing personalized ads with Ad Manager.

Program will focus on skills and community

Express Your Brand will use monthly virtual training sessions to provide small business owners with tips to maximize their impact on social media platforms. Each lesson will include hands-on learning with Adobe Express.

Using this online mobile and design app formerly known as Adobe Spark, participants will learn how to build a library of creative resources. Meta experts will show them how to use these new features to promote their business on Instagram and Facebook.

The program will also strive to inspire creativity among participants. Adobe and Meta industry experts will be joined by guests, including real estate agent Chrishell Stause, chef Melissa King and interior designer Justina Blakeney, who will share their experiences growing their brands.

In addition to skills training, the program will create a community where small business owners can connect with each other, share tips and personalize the learning experience. Training sessions will take place in centralized centers and forums will allow for personal interaction.

Some Meta Elevate members will receive Adobe Premium

The partnership will also provide 10,000 Meta Elevate members with a one-year Adobe Express premium subscription.

Meta Elevate is a community and learning platform that provides Black, Latino and Hispanic business owners with resources to help them succeed. Launched in 2018, this community for entrepreneurs of color offers virtual coaching, one-on-one mentoring and a variety of digital marketing tools.
