Min Carrico
Edmonds College Art Gallery’s fall exhibit showcases the work of Edmonds College lecturer and chair of photography and visual communications Minh Carrico.
The exhibit, titled “Double Shot,” investigates Calico’s family life in hiding during the pandemic.
“Double Take is a site-responsive, time-based multimedia installation that explores the fusion between intentional play and mindful observation,” Carrico said. “It also examines gender representation and challenges expectations of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.”
Carrico’s clients and commissions include Annie Leibovitz Studio, Benjamin Moore Paint, King County Metro, MTV, Seattle Arts and Culture Office, and Whole Foods Market.
The “Double Shot” exhibit will be on view on the third floor of Lynnwood Hall at 20000 68th Street in Lynwood through December 16.
