Espresso Martini
- Espresso – Add your favorite.
- Baileys Irish Cream – It adds richness to the cream.
- Vodka – Use plain vodka, not flavored vodka.
- Coffee wine—— I added Caffe del Fuego, but Kahlua is another very popular brand.
- simple syrup – You can also use honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup.
- peppermint– Feel free to use the extracts. Make sure it's food grade.
- ice – I prefer smaller ice cubes.
- coffee beans—— These are an optional garnish that add aroma and a slight bitter taste.
For rims
- Dark chocolate chips – Choose semisweet, milk, or white chocolate if you have what you have on hand.
- mints—— The red and green ones also have an amazing Christmas feel.

Tips and variations
Serve this mint espresso martini in a pitcher and garnish with a cinnamon stick and crushed cookies to turn it into a party.
- More ingredients. If you want to add more flavor, candied orange peel, chopped chocolate, and crushed gingerbread are all great topping options.
- Let it frost. Add all cocktail ingredients to a blender. Process until fine, frosty, and like puree. Serve and enjoy.
- Dust. When serving, sprinkle the cocktail with a little cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin spice for the perfect finish.
- Use a water pitcher. This is perfect if you have a large gathering. Rim the glasses as usual and place them on the table. Make as much recipe as needed and pour it into the pitcher. Let everyone pour their own drinks.
- Skip the shaker. If you don't have a shaker, pour the ingredients into a large glass and use a whisk or spoon to gently mix them together until well combined.
- Use a blender. Cinnamon sticks or small candy canes can make cocktails look extra pretty when used as a stirrer.
