You can use almost any topping you use to make regular pizza to make a pizza bowl! I tested 5 different flavors for you to choose from:

Pizza bowl base:

How to Make a Pizza Bowl

  1. Season the cauliflower. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roasted Cauliflower. Arrange cauliflower florets in a single layer on a large plate bakeware. Bake in the oven, turning halfway through, until edges are soft and brown. Once done, leave the oven on.

Storage instructions
