Most discussions about artificial intelligence in talent acquisition focus on efficiency and automating repetitive tasks. However, we’d be missing the point if we didn’t start discussing how artificial intelligence can help completely reshape recruiting and make it more efficient. Why stop at recruiting? Artificial intelligence has the potential to revolutionize work and the entire way we think about careers.

It was when I attended the workshop that I truly realized the limitations of our current thinking. Smart recruitment Recruitment Success Conference in Amsterdam last week. An overarching theme is that automation is an inevitable outgrowth of artificial intelligence and that we should think bigger.

My guest this week is Brian SolisGlobal Head of Innovation at ServiceNow. He is also an internationally renowned digital anthropologist and award-winning author.
