Aaron is a pioneering manual therapist, athletic trainer and Alignment method Here’s a guide to using posture and body alignment to build strength, achieve peak performance, reduce pain, and find a new sense of confidence in yourself.
When we first met a few years ago, I immediately felt like I had found a like-minded spirit who was very concerned with using the body to educate and support people. His background and education in understanding how the body moves (and has athletic potential) is excellent, as is his fun and fresh approach to teaching.
He coached me through some of the now-famous stunt yoga poses on the beach in sunny San Diego, and he also coached me through a lot of other interesting routines with the ability.

As a coach, his approach breaks down our self-imposed limitations and provides new mental and physical frameworks that help us experience more joy, more consistency, and more freedom in our lives.

Challenge 1: Have empathy for where you are.
- Remove “shoulds” and “shoulds” from yourself, admit that you are a survivor who has come this far, and be kind, knowing that everyone is struggling with their own hearts.
Challenge 2: Stick to 90 seconds a day.
- Raise your arms above your head and hang from the bar to decompress. Enjoy some deep breathing. You can break down a full day of hang time into a total of 90 seconds.
