My guest today is Tricia Nelson, an expert on emotional eating and #1 bestselling author,”Heal Your Hunger – 7 Simple Steps to End Emotional Eating Now.

By identifying and healing the root causes of emotional eating, Tricia lost 50 pounds herself and spent more than 30 years researching the hidden causes of addictive personalities.
