These slow cooker ribs are the perfect, easy weeknight meal. Beef short ribs are slow cooked in a sweet, spicy and salty marinade until tender and juicy. Serve as a main course for rice, tortillas, sandwiches, you name it!

Sometimes I hit the jackpot with a meal that everyone eats really like. These Slow Cooker Ribs are one of those meals!

This recipe is a family favorite. It’s definitely one of my favorites because it’s so easy to make. You just throw everything in the crock pot and go home for the perfect dinner. These ribs are so tender, juicy, delicious and can be eaten in many different ways!

These Crockpot Ribs are made with a delicious marinade that takes the flavor of the meat to a whole new level!

  • Aromatics: I recommend freshly chopped garlic and freshly grated ginger for the best flavor.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar, Oil, Coconut Sugar, Coconut Amino and Coconut Amino Teriyaki Sauce: These ingredients create the sweet, savory, and salty base for our marinade!
  • green pepper: Gives the marinade a little more smoky, spicy flavor.
  • broth: Chicken or beef soups work great.
  • Ribs: You can use boneless or bone-in in this recipe. I recommend the grass-fed ribs!
