HAVELSAN will ensure that participants have a secure digital experience at the same time at the 15th International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF 2021).
Due to Covid-19, this year aims to organize a new generation of hybrid exhibition experience at IDEF 2021 by combining the advantages of physical exhibitions with the means of the digital world.
HAVELSAN has made tremendous technological advancements during the pandemic and is very proud to share these developments on the occasion of IDEF’21. The most prominent of these is that HAVELSAN has developed video conferencing, instant messaging, secure file sharing and storage operations, which can be used by institutions with national systems. Now, at one of the world’s largest defense exhibitions, thousands of exhibitors can use this capability. Because of HAVELSAN’s ability, Turkey has experienced a very important non-contact and mixed exhibition.
HAVELSAN is the digital communications sponsor of the exhibition. During IDEF’21, all participants will have free access to its video conferencing application HAVELSAN Diyalog and its secure file sharing and storage solution HAVELSAN Drive.
HAVELSAN puts the security of users and user data in the first place in all its solutions, and other prominent solutions developed by HAVELSAN (such as the video conferencing application “HAVELSAN Diyalog”, the digital data storage solution “HAVELSAN Drive” and instant messaging solutions Project “HAVELSAN İleti”.
The Diyalog, Drive and İleti solutions are based on the user’s company’s own information system, and ensure the security of the company’s internal data through security protocols such as end-to-end encryption.
HAVELSAN provides all participants with free access to its video conferencing application “HAVELSAN Diyalog”, enabling participants to hold online internal meetings and meet with customers who cannot attend the exhibition in person due to the epidemic.
In addition, under the coordination of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (TSKGV), online meeting rooms are also provided for foreign committees who cannot attend the exhibition in person.
HAVELSAN cooperated with the organizers of IDEF to provide visitors with a digital communication center. In HAVELSAN’s digital communication center, including computers, printers, study rooms and online meeting rooms, foreign tourists can conduct their own meetings through the video conferencing product HAVELSAN Diyalog. Detailed information about HAVELSAN Diyalog, HAVELSAN Drive and HAVELSAN İleti can also be found at the kiosks and booths located in the Digital Communication Center.
Body contact points will be reduced
As part of the pandemic measures, physical touchpoints on IDEF 2021 have also been minimized. In this case, HAVELSAN provides an infrastructure to securely share digital promotional materials such as product brochures, catalogs, presentations and videos through HAVELSAN Drive. Free to all participants.
Visitors can immediately access all digital information of related products by scanning the QR code located in the product display area where they want to obtain detailed information.
