According to the Associated Press, a gang was accused of setting up a false charity and recruiting children to deliver meals from house to house to raise money for charity.
Georgia’s Attorney General Chris Carr’s office issued a statement explaining 15 charges against 14 people, including human trafficking, racketeering, criminal street gang activity, charity fraud, and money laundering.
