A report said that the prosecutor of Josh Duggar’s child pornography case and the reality TV star’s legal team are currently arguing over evidence before his trial this fall.

Duggar’s defense team then asked the government to hand over all findings related to the screenshots, all reports by Carlmer and two other officials, and more information.
The government provided some relevant log files, but pointed out that the requested materials related to the other two officials were “unrelated” to Duggar’s case and could not be found.
