Given that the Los Angeles Lakers do not have financial flexibility, they may need to resort to trading players.
Among the players on their roster, there are two names they may get good value-Kyle Kuzma and Dennis Schroeder.
The two players have different views on the future of the Lakers. As most people now know, buzzing It was Schroeder who was imminent.
Even before this, there was news that the Lakers discussed a deal involving the German guard with the Toronto Raptors before the final NBA trade deadline.
With Schroder leaving more or less, the Lakers are now exploring the opportunity to sign first and then change.
The 27-year-old guard is regarded as the team’s best bargaining chip this offseason. Schroder seems to be looking for a higher salary and more playing time, which may be his dissatisfaction with the NBA this season.
Given the financial consequences that Los Angeles currently has to deal with, Schroeder’s access to funds may not be large.
But in terms of playing time, the irony is that he spent the most time on the court compared to previous games between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Atlanta Hawks.
Schroeder average He played 32.1 minutes in the regular season and averaged 15.4 points, 5.8 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game.
As for Kuzma, it’s no secret that he lacks consistency with the Lakers. He is another player that other NBA teams might consider this summer.
Kuzma averaged 28.7 minutes per game, averaging 12.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists. If the 25-year-old player transfers to another team, these numbers may increase.

The 6-foot-10 forward played a backup role for the Lakers, focusing on LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
But as pointed out before postalKuzma wanted to prove that the doubters were wrong, and followed the rise of other former Lakers such as Julius Randall, Jordan Clarkson, Brandon Ingram and Lonzo Ball.
At present, the Lakers may be considering interest in Kuzma and Schroeder. Currently, most of them are considered speculation.
However, once the NBA offseason officially begins, things will go to the next level.
