The Los Angeles Lakers have two open lists, and the team is looking for other possible candidates in the free agency market.
One name that popped up was James Ennis. The 31-year-old was suitable for the Oran Magic last season and showed that he can be a handy rotation player.
In 41 games played for Orlando, Ennis averaged 24 minutes per game, 8.4 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists. Spotrac.
According to Michael Scott Basketball hypeMany teams have shown interest in the 6-foot-6-inch swingman.
In addition to the Lakers, this list also includes the Portland Trail Blazers, Chicago Bulls and Magic.
Since being selected with the 50th overall pick in the first round in 2013, Ennis has been an NBA veteran. His past teams include the Miami Heat, Memphis Grizzlies, New Orleans Pelicans, Detroit Pistons, Houston Rockets and Philadelphia 76ers.
But of all teams, his two seasons with the Magic seem to be the most memorable.
In 61 games in two seasons, Ennis averaged 24.2 minutes, 8.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game.
Considering the Lakers roster (but aging), Ennis may be a valuable addition. He made a $3.3 million deal with the Magic, so it will be interesting if he agrees to a deal below that number.
However, if winning an NBA championship can arouse his interest, then the California native can give it a try.
Although he needs to lower his expectations, a one-year contract will do no harm.

In his position, he is likely to fall behind players like LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony. If no other team makes an acceptable offer, this may be a viable option for him.
