In the prosecution’s closing statement on Kyle Rittenhouse’s trial, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger argued that Rittenhouse lied about him last summer The threats faced in Kenosha and after shooting Joseph Rosenbaum (Joseph Rosenbaum) became an emergency medical team to “save my skin.”
“The defendant lied to protect his skin,” Binger told the jury. “Instead of trying to help the person he just shot and killed.”
On Monday, Binger replayed a video of Rittenhouse escaping from the scene where he shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum.
In the video, someone asked Rittenhouse why he wanted to launch his AK-15 at Rosenbaum. Rittenhouse replied:[Rosenbaum] Draw a gun”-A sentence said by Binge has been proved to be a lie by witness testimony and evidence.
“Jason Lakowski, [Rittenhouse] lie. The crowd, he lied. Gaige Grosskreutz, he is lying,” Binger said.

The prosecutor also pointed to the allegations made by Rittenhouse on the evening of August 25, 2020, stating that he was a certified EMT, referring to the 18-year-old “fraud doctor.”
“A murderous fake EMT,” Binger said. “An insult to all true, well-trained medical professionals.”
