As one of the major global players in land and naval weapons stations, ASELSAN continues to protect its customers from asymmetric threats through advanced remotely controlled weapons stations (RCWS).
ASELSAN has been in the RCWS market for more than a decade, providing the latest and reliable technical solutions through direct sales and local production under a technology transfer program.
The ASELSAN remote weapon station is used by the armies and navies of 21 different countries around the world. As of today, more than 3,500 sites have been successfully deployed to 35 different land and naval platforms worldwide. After field verification, these weapon stations serve the Army, Security Forces, Coast Guard and Navy. These weapon stations are integrated on various platforms, from armored personnel carriers to main battle tanks, from fast patrol boats to frigates and frigates.
Automatic cannons, automatic grenade launchers, machine guns with calibers ranging from 7,62 mm to 40 mm, and anti-tank missiles are being used on land platforms in SARP, SARP-DUAL, NEFER and SERDAR. STAMP, STOP and SMASH are being used on naval platforms.
The standard feature set of the RCWS series includes stabilization, automatic target tracking, ballistic calculation, accurate day and night surveillance capabilities, maintaining effective use of weapon firepower, and providing the first round of hits on the target. These weapon stations are capable of operating in all types of weather and sea conditions and provide maximum safety for operators by enabling them to fully operate under armor.
