They are crispy, crunchy, golden brown, and seasoned with olive oil, Italian seasoning, And garlic. They are delicious on salads, but they can also be used as snacks!
There are many ways to use these keto-friendly croutons, but my favorite is salad greens and some vegetables, or Keto Caesar Sauce, Tomato Ranch Seasoning, Or Creamy Balsamic Sauce.

- The wholesome yum ketone bread mix – For the best croutons, you need the best keto bread mix! This bread has the flavor and texture of real bread, and is gluten-free, which is rare in keto bread mixes.
- butter – Use grass-fed butter for the best flavor, but any unsalted butter will do.
- Egg – Use large eggs for best results.
- Unsweetened almond milk – Almond milk works well, but any kind Keto Milk Will work.

To make white keto bread:
- Prepare. Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Collect the ingredients you need: The wholesome yum ketone bread mix, Butter, eggs, and milk of your choice (please refer to the description of milk options in the 2 steps below.)

- Butter cream. You can use a hand mixer or stand mixer to blend the butter-until it becomes pale and super fluffy. This helps to form air pockets in the bread later.
- Add eggs and milk. Make sure they are at room temperature so they don’t solidify the butter.




- bake. Put it in the oven and let it bake until the bread rises and the top is golden brown. Let the bread cool completely.

To make low-carb croutons:
- Cut the bread. Cut the cooled bread into about 3/4 inch cubes.


- bake. Spread the bread cubes on the prepared Bakeware Bake until golden and crisp. Let cool before serving-they will become brittle as they cool.
