Treehouse Sunrise Resort and Caravan Park: An Unusual Getaway

We landed in Delhi just in time for 1pm and after a quick lunch we set off for TreeHouse Sunrise Resort & Caravan Park in Neemrana – a three and a half hour drive from Gurgaon. We arrived on time at 6pm to enjoy the stunning sunset and ended the night with a fun chai Pakoda session. After a snack, we toured the hotel and looked forward to the upcoming night!

Treehouse Sunrise Resort & Caravan Park, set on 10 lush acres, is the ideal destination for travelers, families and anyone looking for a leisurely weekend getaway. When we go on a grand tour, we’re drawn to its expansive green spaces, abundance of indoor and outdoor activities, RV parks, and plethora of amenities.

Take a dip in the swimming pool, take in the breathtaking views of the Aravalli Range, or simply sit back and relax in your own private garden – whatever you choose to spend your time here, you’re sure to leave feeling rejuvenated.

We couldn’t wait to check into our ground floor room, our own private oasis complete with private garden – and all the bells and whistles! Not to mention air-conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities and toilets with free toiletries. This is definitely the perfect place to rest our weary minds. We were warmly welcomed to the caravan park at 8:30pm. Right at the back of the hotel, near the swimming pool, the campfire was roaring and we enjoyed a lovely evening under the twinkling stars. The flames of the bonfire danced in the night, and Jayant played the guitar, creating a melodious atmosphere.

“The caravan business in India is not going to take off unless you have a caravan park. They need a safe place to park their caravan. At Treehouse Neemrana we are trying to create a safe haven for people to park their big caravan and create another experience for travelers who are looking for new things and new experiences,” quips Jayant Singh Sisodia, General Manager of TreeHouse Hotels. We drank drinks, enjoyed delicious kebabs and sang to the music. At 11.30pm we moved to the hotel restaurant for a delicious cheese and chicken dinner.

The next morning we enjoyed an early morning pick-me-up with orange juice, tea and jeera biscuits before embarking on an exhilarating tour of Neemrana Baori and Neemrana Fort. Both landmarks are within a 30-minute drive of the hotel. The nine-storey Neemrana Baori is one of the largest and deepest stepwells in India. It’s a breathtaking view, one of the most beautiful we’ve seen in the country, we must say!

Neemrana Fortress

Perched atop Aravali’s hilltop, the majestic Neemrana Fort is a 15th-century palace reborn as a heritage resort. The Neemrana Fort is a majestic 11-story structure sure to keep you occupied! An architectural marvel, the fortress bears witness to the oldest folded mountain range in the world. Today, Neemrana Fort, built in 1464 under the rule of Rajput Maharaja Prithvi Raj Chauhan III, is no longer a historical relic, but a luxurious resort! Here, visitors can revel in the rich culture and history of the past while enjoying all the modern amenities the resort has to offer – you only need to book a room or pay an entrance fee to enter this palatial resort!

Neemrana Fort Palace

This ancient heritage resort offers stunning views of the fort and surrounding mountains, as well as two breathtaking swimming pools, luxurious rooms and the most stunning sky gardens. With its impeccable charm and delicious Rajasthani cuisine, it’s no wonder it’s the perfect destination for a weekend getaway, wedding or any other special occasion.
