Vanilla Nut Marshmallow

I always receive requests for healthy snacks that you can take to parties or make for the holidays, so today I want to share this simple, delicious and festive recipe.

It is gluten and dairy free Vanilla Nut Marshmallow All the decadence with sweets, plus a healthy dose protein For stable energy and Healthy fats Help slow the release of sugar into the blood.

Your body recognizes white sugar, brown sugar, sucrose, and all other sugars as sugar. So I just recommend that you make sure your overall diet is balanced and enjoy sweets and snacks as a reward. I also tend to choose sugar sources such as honey, maple syrup and coconut sugar to get trace minerals. This recipe uses Maple sugar Which contains antioxidants (1) And rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium and zinc (2).

This recipe also includes almond They are rich in healthy fats, fiber and moderate amounts of protein-in addition to calcium, magnesium and vitamin E (3).

I have included mine A generation ❤ Vanilla protein powder Add a little extra protein. When you add it to any meal (even desserts like this one), You will be more satisfied Due to the effect of protein on reducing ghrelin, and it is unlikely to continue eating (4), your hunger hormone, and promoting peptide YY (make you feel full) (5).

Need another reason to like this recipe? It only takes a few minutes to be ready, no cooking required!
