Krystal Jackson, a teacher who was recently arrested on suspicion of having sex with a 14-year-old male student, was reportedly released on bail. Legal authorities continue to investigate whether she had sexual contact with other underage students.
Detectives from the Sex Crimes Department of the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office arrested the 39-year-old teacher last Friday. Detectives filed four sex crime charges against her and imprisoned her.On Saturday, she paid a bail of $365,000 and was released, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office told Weekly newspaper.
The office added that Jackson’s subpoena was scheduled for November 9. At the court hearing, she will contest the charges against her.
Allegedly, the boy, who did not want to be named, met with Jackson once a week to study independently at the Dunlap Leadership Academy in Dunlap, California. The boy is a student at the Mountain View School in Ridley, California. Ridley is about 28 miles southwest of Dunlap.

Investigators said that Jackson had had sex with the student many times at the college. After receiving a prompt about her suspected crime, the representative and the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Working Group began investigating her.
The delegates charged Jackson with four counts of rape and one count of continuing sexual abuse of children, oral sex with children, indecency with children, felony of communicating with children, and meeting with children for indecent purposes.
The sheriff’s office told Weekly newspaper It has not publicly stated whether it suspects that Jackson had sexual contact with any other minors. The office’s investigation is still ongoing. It has asked the public to contact it to provide any other information.
According to the news site LGBTQ Nation, anti-transgender activists claim that Krystal is transgender because her recent facial photos do not look feminine enough. The police report or other media statements do not support this claim.
For a long time, such activists have claimed that transgender people will sexually rob children. This so-called predatory behavior is used to justify laws that prohibit transgender people from entering public toilets, changing rooms, and other gender spaces.
