Sometimes, no matter how much yoga, advanced programs, or deep breathing you do, your anxiety persists, followed by a whole host of reasons why you should be worried. “Stop it,” you say, your anxiety kindly reminding you that you don’t have enough room to talk big, because you have piles of laundry to wash, a work project to complete, and besides feeding, About a million emails to reply to your family. oops.
We all experience anxiety to some extent, albeit worse for some of us than others. I’ve noticed that all the COVID-19 curveballs, news coverage, and inflation of our lovely new friend are making me feel more edgy and irritable than usual. Today I want to share some products I use regularly to ease and maintain anxiety and help the good vibes prevail.
Mooncake Magnesium
This is a great option for those who have trouble falling asleep at night. It is a water-soluble powder sweetened with monk fruit, but the aftertaste is not bad. I also use it sometimes if I’m grumpy and irritable during the day. It contains three essential types of magnesium, which help restore cellular balance and regulate mood. It also contains L-theanine, which provides additional sedation and may relieve bloating caused by PMS or muscle soreness. I really like the Moon Juice brand in case you’re not sure where to choose a supplement! This is a good thing.
Ashwagandha
This is my favorite adaptogen!I put it in everything from coffee to smoothies to warm Nut Milk Use honey before bed. It does help relieve your stress and ease your anxiety, but you have to stick with it for 2-4 weeks to really feel the difference. For this bag, you will get about six months of use, as you only need to use a teaspoon or ½ teaspoon. I’m not going to lie, it’s quite bitter so you might have to try and cover it up.
Moon Juice SuperYou Supplements
Looking for other stress relief help? Look no further. I absolutely love that these supplements are made with adaptogenic herbs, and one of my all-time favorites, the aforementioned ashwagandha! Did you know it helps with hair growth? Now you know. This is a great option for stress relief as it helps lower cortisol levels, boosting energy and overall mood.
daily drop in balance
This is by far my favorite CBD oil! It’s great for anxiety, I average a bottle a month, but I really like it. My kids might be running around the house, my inbox is a mess, my house is in total chaos, and I’m like “this is kind of annoying, but oh well, peace and love people.”
Here are four of my current favorites and I can confidently tell you that they have really helped me in the past. If you need a little help coping with stress or irritability, try it and see if it helps. However, make sure you don’t just rely on these products to feel good. Managing your mind is also an important part of it. No matter where you are now, stay healthy and give yourself a boost. We are all together after all.
