In a strange and endless speech late Saturday, former President Donald Trump contemplated NBA superstar LeBron James undergoing sex reassignment surgery and participating in the game as a woman.
Trump spoke at the “Rally to Protect Our Election,” an event held at the Arizona Federal Theater in Phoenix, hosted by the Political Action Committee Turning Point Action.
“Honestly, look, we all like to win,” Trump said in his nearly two-hour speech. Then he turned to transgender people participating in sports competitions.
“If I were a coach, I would tell you, I would not talk to too many women-‘women as we know’-I would get some of these people…” Trump said Said before the voice weakened.
Then he mentioned James and how the basketball star competed as a transgender athlete.
“Some people say that if LeBron James decides to undergo surgery, “what will happen to him, how will he be on the court?” “Trump said.

Donald Trump talked about LeBron James becoming a transgender woman in part of his speech tonight. It is obvious why Trump’s handlers rarely allow him to appear in public again. Everything left in his mind was gone.

An estimated 5,000 people seem to have responded positively to Trump’s comments. He laughed at James: “You can own him.” In the same speech, Trump praised Bobby Knight, the unstable former head coach of the Indiana basketball team, who supported Trump in 2016.
Trump has attacked James in previous speeches.
“What about basketball? What about LeBron?” Trump said to a crowd in Pennsylvania in November 2020. The crowd booed and chanted “LeBron James sucks!” In that speech, Trump criticized the NBA and its TV ratings. He also criticized the NFL.
