The ovid-19 jab has been carried out in circus tents and at the Vaccine Festival this weekend as part of the latest effort to increase the absorption rate in England.
Tourists visiting Circus Extreme Halifax Yorkshire One of the many new vaccination sites across the country received their jab, and some colorful performers were there to watch.
On Saturday, medical staff set up seats, screens and equipment for the walk-in pop-up clinic in a large tent.
In the poplar trees in east London, people who participated in the four-day Vaccine Festival in Langdon Park received injections.
Provide visitors with live music and free food to encourage people in the area to get vaccinated.
Speaking of the joint initiative of the Tower Hamlets Committee and the NHS, Dr. Barking GP Jagan John said: “We encourage local residents and people in boroughs to go further and say’vaccinate, rest assured, we have some music, we have food to vaccinate you Support you from time to time, and if you come with your family, they will have something to do when you are vaccinated.”
Dr. John added: “We are still in a pandemic, we are seeing an increase in hospitalizations, and we still have people who have died in hospitals.
“Of course we feel that in East London, if we can encourage people to get vaccinated, they can not only protect themselves, but also the communities they live in… We really want to get our country back on its feet and recover.”
Elsewhere, football fans can be vaccinated at Burnley Football Club, where a pop-up site is injecting Pfizer, and on Saturday at Goodwood Racecourse near Chichester will also be vaccinated.
In West London, a vaccine bus will be stationed at the Love Summer Festival in Holland Park.
Dr. Nikki Kanani, GP and Deputy Head National Health Service England’s vaccination plan says: “From festivals to farm shops, circus tents and stadiums, the NHS team is working hard to set up vaccination clinics in many popular locations, all in order to get as many people as possible to get vaccinated.
“So roll up your sleeves and grab your jab in one of the many walk-in venues open this weekend-this is still the best way to protect yourself and your loved ones.”
Since June 18, all adults in England have been able to book the first dose, but the latest data shows that nearly one-third of young people (18 to 29 years old) in the country have not received the first dose.
As of July 30, 39.29 million people in England received the first dose of Covid vaccine and 31.85 million people received two doses of the vaccine.
Sanitation Committee Sajid Javid Said: “The NHS is making it as easy as possible for people to get vaccinated. From festivals to football fields, there are new vaccination centers everywhere.
“If you are eligible for the first or second dose of the vaccine, please come forward this weekend to protect not only yourself, but also your loved ones and your community.”
