As I warned in the previous articles (see here and here), Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s cowardice led to Joe Biden and the CDC extend Their “suspension of deportation order” put the government’s approval seal on the stolen property of more people without due process.
If Kavanaugh simply joined the conservatives and lifted the initial suspension on constitutional grounds, this could be avoided. Instead, he allowed it to last until 7/31, leaving the owner with only a stern warning. Unless a new lawsuit is filed, the warning will have no effect, and the damage has already been caused by then.
In any case, the CDC has issued a “penalty” for its unconstitutional new order, and it is absolutely arbitrary.
The new 60-day CDC eviction order imposes severe criminal penalties on individual landlords who violate the law:
– If the eviction does not result in death, you may face a fine of 100,000 USD and a one-year imprisonment

In my opinion, the revolution is fighting for this kind of thing, and I don’t just say it casually. I mean sincere and serious. If the “law” is not obeyed, people will revolutionize the government’s seizure of private property with the threat of imprisonment and huge fines. The CDC (or any other government entity) has no constitutional power to tell you that you cannot expel someone from your own property after someone violates the lease contract for not paying rent. This is a government-forced theft, simple and clear. In addition, if someone leaves the property in a safe and sound condition, and you hold someone responsible for the death of another person, this idea is a terrible abuse of the legal system.
If the government can simply declare a state of emergency and violate private property rights in this way, which is the core right of this country, then there will be no country. We are only subject to the dictatorship of non-elected bureaucrats. That is not freedom. That is not democracy.
For now, the only way to alleviate this situation is for the Supreme Court to intervene immediately-I mean within the next 24 hours, before any real damage occurs. If they waited for a few months for another case to arrive in their hands, while allowing their previous verdict to be complained in this way without affecting them, then they have sterilized themselves as the last line of defense. In addition, if the ruling Democratic Party sets a precedent for them to use executive power like this, they will use this power in various other ways to suppress other rights. Tyranny has always been the focus of the left, and if there is a chance to go further, they will not stop.
Think about how crazy all this is.We have a president Admitted today that he has no right to do this, But he did it anyway, and he thought he could extract a pound of his flesh to prove it before the system interrupted him. This is absolutely crazy, the thing of third world dictators, and it crosses boundaries that are rarely crossed in our history. Some measures must be taken, and I hope that the Supreme Court will resolve this situation before it gets out of control.
