The rain is here again…and a mouse: the “revenge” of the music producer against the star

The Royal Court of Wood Green learned that Arthurworrey is facing a series of charges, alleging that he hit and scratched the floor, put construction waste in the public trash bin, and left a ladder in the garden, in violation of the 2017 restraining order.

The music producer pleaded not guilty to all charges, and the court “does not admit that he committed any crime.”

Judge Joanna Greenberg QC adjourned the case until the trial scheduled for February.

Arthurworrey has a successful 25-year career as a music producer and has worked with artists including Earth, Wind and Fire and Annie Lennox.

He owns the freehold of the converted house in Dalston, and the Manson-Smith couple bought one of the apartments and faced criminal charges from May 2018 to July last year.

According to the charges against Arthurworrey, he was accused of violating the restraining order first implemented in January 2017.

It is said that when the court ordered to stop him, he changed the padlock on the garden gate, “refused Mr. Manson-Smith to enter the public front hall”, and “poured water through the property’s lamps or allowed watering”.

Arthurworrey was accused of allowing water to enter the apartment below through the ceiling multiple times between June 2019 and September 2019, allegedly causing hundreds of pounds of damage and “short-circuiting” half of the property’s electricity.

In August 2018, Arthurworrey was said to “cause, encourage, or allow others to leave a dead mouse in the recycling bin”.
