Throughout the entire Wuhan virus melodrama, there are several consistent themes. The main content that I’ve posted many times is that the people who make policies about the Wuhan virus don’t care if you are alive or dead (in fact, as the Democratic governments of New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey have shown) and Michigan, they The Wuhan virus was originally viewed as a way to reduce costs by living with contagious Wuhan virus patients with vulnerable nursing home residents). What they want is to limit your ability to resist their orders. Another theme is the strengthening of power (the CDC unilaterally imposes a moratorium on the expulsion of private property). Another is the use of “epidemics” by various teacher unions as a way to increase salaries, reduce teachers’ expected workload, and weaponize child health in an attempt to harm some governors.
One such drama is being staged in Florida.
By any standard, Governor Ron DeSantis is a rock star in his response to the Wuhan virus. He is anti-Asa-Hutchinson (see Asa Hutchinson folded like a cheap suit to retain his “reasonably conservative” credentials). Like almost everyone, he initially agreed with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s bragging**. However, as more information appeared, it became clear that the idiot was showing us the way, and DeSantis went his own way.He reopened Florida and prevented the fascist Democratic mayor from asking citizens Tattoo on their forehead 666 Wearing a mask is the price of walking around. He even abolished the civil penalties imposed for violating the Mask Act. He is currently embroiled in a legal battle worthy of the CDC because they are trying to get cruise company customers to provide proof of vaccination before boarding.
Last week, the CDC releases new guidelines Schools should again require faculty and students to wear masks. Although there is a lack of empirical evidence from controlled trials that masks have any effect on the spread of the Wuhan virus.
U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Changed the mask guide Tuesday for people who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, citing new information about the ability of vaccinated people to spread delta variants.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention now recommends that people vaccinated in parts of the U.S. wear masks again indoors Where the coronavirus is raging And everyone in the K-12 school wears a mask, regardless of the vaccination status.
CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said that the high spread of the Delta variant was the reason the agency changed its guidelines.
The day after the CDC issued the new directive, schools in Broward County announced that they wouldDevelop mask taskIt is said that this is to protect children, but the real purpose is to put the thumb on DeSantis’ eyes.
The Broward County school board members held a special meeting on Wednesday to discuss the issue of wearing masks. A day ago, about 22 people who opposed wearing masks disrupted the meeting during a screaming contest and burned outside the building. Facial mask. Board members agreed to continue to require masks for at least the beginning of the school year, making it the first school district in the state to do so. Miami-Dade School officials stated that they are reconsidering their mask policy based on recent CDC recommendations, but no decision has been made yet.
In response, DeSantis issued an executive order prohibiting school districts from enforcing mask regulations and threatening non-compliance with required school funds.
Executive Order 21 175 go through Red state pressure On the desk
The South Florida school district, which voted last week to require face masks when resuming face-to-face learning this month, now says it will comply with Governor Ron DeSantis’ executive order to prevent wearing masks in schools, rather than implementing the Center’s recommendations for disease control and prevention.
“The Broward County Public Schools intend to comply with the governor’s latest executive order,” a district statement issued Monday afternoon said.
Things took a strange turn. Two other counties in Florida, Alachua (Gainesville) and Duval (Jacksonville), chose to directly confront DeSantis and effectively get him to cancel state funding.

Just a note about the Alachua school board meeting. There seems to be some industrial-scale AstroTurfing here. Every parent who testified agreed with the regulations on wearing masks, and they all wore masks like kind friends. You can skip this meeting video and view it in person.
Broward County suddenly decided Not really to obey Executive orders with the governor.
The struggle to wear masks at Broward County Public Schools continued on Wednesday, and the district insisted that their facial coverage policy is still in effect for the time being.
The school district said in a statement that schools and facilities still need to wear masks, but said they are still waiting for further guidance before deciding whether to wear masks for the next school year.
DeSamtis looks like it’s trying to adapt to the school district, but a bit Pull the line:
DeSantis’ press secretary, Christina Pushaw, told WJXT that the state is “finalizing emergency health and education rules that do not prohibit the wearing of masks in schools, but will require parents to choose to have their children quit.”
After a more comprehensive statement was issued on Tuesday night, the ostensible rhetoric was relaxed, as school districts are considering how to circumvent the proposed school’s absolute ban on wearing masks.
“Even if the school board passed the’mask wearing regulations’, they would not be able to enforce it, because whether children wear masks depends on their parents,” Pushaw said when asked about Duval on Tuesday night, noting that the matter is currently Florida Health. One of the rules established between the Ministry of Education and the Florida Department of Education.
She said that making rules requires selectivity, and it seems that there are no mandatory requirements or implied rules of “opt-out”.
“Some parents will choose to wear masks for their children,” Pusau said, while others will “follow science and data to show that wearing masks can have serious adverse effects, while limited data suggests that there are any benefits in the school environment. “
“School districts have the right to recommend wearing masks on campus. They just can’t require students to wear masks,” Pushau said.
I obviously don’t know the morality of Governor Santis’ plan, but I can make some comments.
These people always confuse dialogue with kindness and weakness. They know that they will not try to compromise with opposing views unless they are weak, and when they pretend, they will impose their will. They assume that everyone else works the same way.
According to DeSantis’ executive order, parents have the right to let their children wear masks or underwear or many other things on their heads. The fact that these school boards passed the mask authorization in ignorance of the executive order without an “opt-out” clause shows that they are more interested in struggle than solutions.
Will DeSantis’ proposal be accepted by those school districts? My answer is no. Any “rule-making” that provides an “opt-out” function will be rejected by the school board that voted to wear a mask. To make matters worse, this will result in opt-out students being rejected and bullied by the school administration.
I’m not sure if this strategy will reply to emails:
What’s new: The Florida Board of Education will hold an emergency meeting tomorrow morning to discuss that if public school shading regulations “pose a risk to the health or education of the child”, allowing families to transfer their children’s education funds to other places.

Because a) many parents have no alternative to public schools, and b) it formalizes what the governor tells GFY by the school board.
In the near future, DeSantis will either go bankrupt or be forced to fulfil his threat and withdraw funds from the rebellious school district. Will he live up to the reputation he has established (Ron DeSantis consolidated his position as the most fundamental human being on earth)? Or will he go to Kristi Noem with us? Let us hope he chooses the right one.
