Major supermarket chains have launched a recruitment boom and are looking for 365 Londoner Before Christmas-with salary Up to £61,000 per year supply.
In the latest signs of hope High street, Aldi is pursuing a UK Expansion plans with rival German discount stores Liddell.
Aldi boss Monday said they plan to open at least one store a week by 2021, creating more than 2,000 jobs in the next four months.
The new store will appear in London And cities across the country, including Swansea and Canterbury. London stores currently hiring include Croydon, Tooting and Kingston-Upon-Thames.
Aldi is looking for “people of all experience levels” to fill full-time and part-time positions in London, from apprentices to store managers and cleaners. The retailer said that more senior positions can earn up to £61,000.
Kelly Stokes, Director of Recruitment at Aldi UK, said: “As we continue to grow, we are looking for ambitious and hardworking people to join our team in stores across London.”
Aldi’s shop assistants can earn up to 10.57 pounds nationwide, and up to 11.32 pounds in M25. The supermarket pays the rest fee.
Lidl announced a long online shopping list in June, saying that it plans to open 50 new stores in 2021 and create 2,000 jobs at the same time. As discount stores continue to compete with British chains, Lidl plans to open a total of 140 stores in the UK by the end of 2023.
Aldi, one of the supermarket giants including Tesco and Morrison’s Sainsbury’s, has refunded taxpayer support totaling more than £1.4 billion this year.
