Okay, so you can’t be happy about it-because the president is actually Joe Biden. But what is certain is that he can at least stay awake long enough to meet with the Israeli prime minister. I mean, this is not a demanding task.

In order to appease the fact checker, I would like to point out that I am not sure that he is asleep here. Maybe he was just resting his eyes? I don’t know, but what I do know is that it is abnormal for Biden to lower his head in this way for more than 30 seconds, instead of focusing his attention on the head of state he can talk to on the surface.
