As Red State Report Yesterday afternoon, a Texas law banning abortions after a heartbeat was detected (usually 6-8 weeks later) came into effect. This made pro-abortion advocates shocked and lashed out at the reduction in their sacred sacraments.
But there is one last hope to try to stop the law-the Supreme Court.
Fortunately, this hope has been dashed, at least for now. The US Supreme Court ruled last night that they will not block the Texas abortion law and allow it to continue while other litigation work occurs.
#break in: The Supreme Court refused to block the Texas abortion law-the high court voted 5-4
Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Thomas and Barrett vote not to block

John Roberts, a former judicial coward, joined the liberals to vote to block the law, but he later stated that he would not block the other party’s law enforcement. At this time, his hurdle has become a legend.
ACLU responded after their emergency request failed.
Emergencies: The Supreme Court did not respond to our urgent request to block the new 6-week abortion ban in Texas, SB8. The law is now in effect.
Millions of people have almost no access to all abortion services. The impact will be immediate and devastating.

I will get more responses later, but I want to deal with the view that this impact will be “immediate and devastating”. In what way is the chance of a baby getting a life instead of being killed in the womb, destructive? Considering that the abortion argument is usually economic for future life choices, how does it have an immediate effect?
A woman who wants an abortion but cannot have an abortion because of this law can eventually have her child adopted. On the other hand, an abortion cannot be undone once it has been performed. That life cannot be taken away. Therefore, even for non-ethical reasons, it does not make sense to block the law while the litigation continues.
But for the American Civil Liberties Union and many others, life in the womb is meaningless and worthless. Like those who support slavery, they made arbitrary decisions to deny personality to some people they considered inconvenient and hateful.
To be sure, many advocates of abortion believe that unborn children are really hateful.
You cannot be screened for Down syndrome before about 10 weeks. About 80% of babies with Down syndrome will have a miscarriage. If abortion is banned in the Red State, we can see that there are five times as many children with Down syndrome in the world, and the number of children with other disabilities is about the same.

Children with disabilities are among the most happy people on the planet, both for themselves and others. Why do some people worry that not having an abortion may lead to more abortions? But for too many people, they become numbers on spreadsheets. This is a symptom of how sick we have become as a country.
Others compare people who support life to the Taliban because everything is stupid. But honestly, if the Taliban are more ethical than abortion Americans, maybe this should indicate a problem? The Taliban also oppose cannibalism. This does not make cannibalism a correct and fair choice.
At the same time, you have such an idiot who knows nothing.
Everyone in America should be ashamed and angry that we have come this far. It’s not because you have a wife, daughter, or sister—because you understand that women are people who have the right to enjoy basic human rights.
It really is that simple. https://t.co/Zhc2Lrywyb

What about the basic human rights that are not disrupted and sucked by a vacuum? The moral degradation shown by this Texas law is shocking. We can exist as a nation while the other party continues to struggle with the genocide of children. This is still a small miracle. God forgive us for being insensitive to it and allowed abortion to become so common in the first place.
