Rep. Eric Swawell warned, “Republicans Will come to the Capitol to celebrate the police killers” and participate in a rally scheduled to be held on September 18 to seek “justice” for individuals accused of the Capitol riots on January 6.
The non-profit organization led by former Trump campaigner Matt Braynard organized a “J6 Justice” event in the Union Square area of the Capitol to protest the allegations of the January 6 thug. Brainard assured the authorities that the rally would be peaceful, but Washington police expressed concern that the rally would quickly turn into violence.
“This is America, they can assemble peacefully, they can celebrate what they want. But Americans should know that in a few weeks, Republicans will come to the Capitol to celebrate police killers,” the California Democrat told CNNof Jim Acosta exist Editorial department Saturday.
